Terms of Payment
Payments are accepted in Canadian dollars via Visa (debit or credit) and MasterCard (debit or credit). While we strongly encourage electronic payments for efficiency, we do allow orders pre-paid by cheque or money order upon prior arrangement and acceptance by the Supplier. Customers wishing to pay by cheque or money order must call us in advance at 416-231-2100 to arrange this payment method. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to "HR Associates" and sent to:

The related Goods will not be processed and shipped until the cheque has cleared. The Supplier reserves the right to withhold delivery of ordered Goods until payment is received. If there is a problem applying payment using the customer’s selected payment method, the Supplier may request another valid payment method. An Order Summary is emailed to customers following payment confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are added at checkout. Orders will only be shipped to addresses within Ontario.
Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. All risks transfer to the customer upon physical or digital delivery by the designated shipment company. Title to Goods will pass to the customer on payment in full.
Loss or Damage during Delivery
The Supplier's liability for incorrect delivery or failure to deliver Goods is limited to the value of replacement goods if the customer requests such replacement. Claims for damage, partial delivery, or non-receipt of Goods must be received by the Supplier within ten (10) business days of the shipping date. All claims submitted after the expiration of the 10-day period will be processed at the Supplier’s discretion.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, please call us at 416-231-2100. We will do our best to cancel your order, but if it has already been shipped, you must follow our return policy.
Return Eligibility
Study guides purchased online through the OWWCO Bookstore may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- The items are in resalable condition.
- The items are the current edition.
- The items were not marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- The items are returned within 10 days of the shipping date.
How to Make a Return
- Contact Us: Call us at 416-231-2100 to notify us of your return.
- Arrange Shipping: You must arrange and pay for your own shipping to return the items to the following address:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Refunds for returned, partially delivered, lost, or damaged items will be issued using the same method you used for the original payment. We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive damaged, partially delivered, or incorrect items, please call us at 416-231-2100. We will provide instructions for returning the items.
Important Notes
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We only take ownership of returned items once they arrive at our location. Sometimes, we might issue a refund without needing you to return the item.
